Ethno Vocal Group Breze

(Етно Група Брезе)

 

"Breze" is a female ethno (world music) vocal group of the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Phoenix, Arizona, completely composed of SSS Stevan Hristich Choir members who have chosen to expand their singing talents outside of the liturgical environment. 

This group was formed in January 2013, by Mrs. Gordana Stojanović

Mihajlović and is comprised of girls who have a passion for singing with hopes to grow and make this group succeed!

 

Breze's mission is to further educate young people of the Serbian Diaspora about Serbian culture and traditions, by presenting our rich Serbian ethnic musical heritage.  Their vision is to encourage younger generations to be involved in their Serbian heritage and traditions - keeping the songs and faith of the Serbian Orthodox Church as an important part of the participants' lives.
